Registration is optional for browsing regular items, but as a registered buyer, you gain advantages such as faster shopping, real-time order status updates, and order history tracking.

Do I Need to Register?

While registration is not mandatory for viewing regular items, it’s necessary for submitting pre-orders. Your shipping address, including your phone number, is vital for generating a Performa invoice with the delivery cost. Registration and manual approval are required to access new current season items.

Sample Requests

You can obtain samples by covering the product and delivery costs. If you proceed to order based on a sample, we’ll refund the specific sample cost (excluding delivery).

Label & Hangtag Customization

Buyers can use their brand name, logo, label, and hangtag. Provide your label & hangtag or send your design in PSD or PDF, and we’ll produce it, with associated costs added to your invoice. A minimum of 1000 pcs is required for batch production.

Production Lead Time

Production lead time ranges from 7 to 30 days, depending on product nature, factory production schedule, and order size. The lead time begins after order confirmation, which occurs upon receiving an advance payment.

Delivery Time

For air shipments, it takes up to 12 days after production to reach international airports across Europe, America, and Asia. Courier services like DHL take a maximum of 7 days for door-to-door delivery.

Return/Refund Policy

Notify us about product returns within 7 days of receipt at [email protected]. Returns made after one week won’t be accepted. Exchanges require similar items from the same manufacturer; the customer covers the return transportation cost.

In the case of product loss or damage, claims must be directed to the involved courier company. Safe and secure delivery is recommended for all returns. Upon receipt, Boudha Handicraft Pvt. Ltd will decide whether to refund or exchange the product(s). Please note that handcrafted items may have slight variations.
